Wegener’s granulomatosis and multiple cranial neuropathies

Wegener’s granulomatosis, first described by Friedrich Wegener in 1936, is a systemic vasculitis that characteristically causes necrotizing granulomas of the respiratory tract and necrotizing cresentic glomerulonephritis.
